After the essay, we reviewed the best responses for the In Dependence and Independence SARs. The overall conclusion was that the colonies became less free and independent over time, and that the 7 Years War created a toxic situation for the colonies in terms of their relationship to Britain.
We also took the time to go through the Planetary Formation SARs, also. Most of the peer grading on that was fairly well done. There were only a few grades I had to tweak. Again, the basic message from the SARs was simple: planets with liquid interiors have larger atmospheres and are generally more hospitable to life, depending on the particulars. We will discuss these more tomorrow, after we get the essays back for corrections.
