Mr.Stevenson I was wondering the problem or question for my science project would it be Does Temperature matter? My hypothesis is if I change the temperature of the water will cold water boil faster.

That would be a fine title. I'd advise clarifying with a subtitle, like: investigating the effect of starting temperature on time to boil or something.

Sigh. The whole point of referring you to the other posts was so that I would not be forced to use my precious time repeatedly answering the same questions, over and over. But since that does not work: your presentation board should have all the same stuff on it as the projects we've done in class. You can use the science or engineering rubrics that have been provided in class and are available under the rubrics tab on this website. Read the rubric, and make sure you've got all the sections that are graded on the rubric on the poster.
