In science today, we finally had access to the following:
Solutions with pH of 3.4, 4.4, and 5.4, as well as various containers, graduated cylinders, anthocyanin pH indicator, water, and a few other items. Given those, everyone was supposed to hand off their design document/instruction sheet to a classmate, and observe while the classmate tried to test a mystery solution to see if it was appropriate (safe) to preserve food. It seems like most people walked away with a clearer idea of what to do, but for those that didn't, we will have some time to work over the next few days. The final product/write-up will be due next Monday.
In social, we finished reviewing the last 17 amendments. That assessment will be on Friday. I have also review the summative assessment with all my groups. That is will be uploaded tomorrow. (I'm having a bit of trouble with one of my file-sharing systems.)
Leave questions if you've got them! I need to run some errands, but should be back in a few hours. Keep in mind, I am a bit tired and tend to go to bed earlier than a lot of you. Plan accordingly.
