So, I apologize for not being very responsive...it has been pretty busy. As you can see, things just got busier. If you leave questions or comments, just make sure you include an email so when I (eventually) respond, you'll get an alert saying so. And I will respond. It just might take a while...

Yea, it is! Whenever my sister needs to do something like go to the bathroom, I usually have to hold 'lil Sammy. I have no problem with it though, he's so warm and soft and adorable! Uncle is a big responsibility!

Regrettably, no. In retrospect, I kinda wish I had. I was discouraged from bothering. Since I'm deaf, I'm largely ineligible to join a service, so I was told there wasn't a point to JROTC. But if you have a chance, I'd go for it! At the least, it exposes you to elements of military life!

Well, my wife changed her mind as the years have passed...and while I would have been totally fine sans kid, I must say I think I'll be largely fine with this one. She is decently interesting, and I look forward to talking to her. In....6 years or so.

Just a quick question. Why did you visit hufford on the 24th of November. I realize this is a very late question to ask but I was just wondering.

Sooo...What makes cats so adorable, and how did they evolve/get domesticated from larger wild cats like tigers and lions? Just curious :)

Hello! I'm not sure if you remember me, I was class of 2019. Anyway, I was just looking through my old yearbooks and I saw the "autograph" you wrote me and decided to check up and see how things going? How's your wife and daughter? Do you still teach? Sorry if I seem nosy, just miss my favorite teacher.

I absolutely remember you! (I even remember what you look like. I think...) I wish I could tell you how much it means to hear from former students like you. It really does make it feel like what I do is worthwhile. (Especially being referred to as a "favorite.") In any case, life is good. My daughter Rose is almost 2 now, and quite the handful. My wife is well also: we're considering moving closer to the city as Rose is getting older. I myself am now teaching up in Woodridge: computer aided design and robotics! Fun stuff! Now, you're a junior, and should be thinking about colleges, yes? If you need any advice or a letter of recommendation, don't be shy!

You're teaching robotics? That's pretty cool. I myself am media team leader of the Joliet Cyborgs robotics team. I am definitely thinking about colleges and scholarships. I would like to major in psychology and UIC is my top choice. I am glad to hear that things are well for you and your family. Leave a Reply. |
