If you only explain or only provided cited facts, then you basically fail the assignment. This is due tomorrow, so I can grade an give feedback over the weekend. Keep in mind, if you turn in a full section, then any feedback I give back can basically be used to make it perfect for when you turn it in summatively in the completed assignment.
In social studies, we finished reading through the Southern Colonies text. The complete answer responses are also due tomorrow, but we did have a chance to work on those in class today. Remember, if you are aiming for the "A" according to the new CARs rubric, your answer needs to leave NOTHING out of your explanation. That means you need to actually read the material in order to evaluate it. If you simply hunt for an answer and write it down, you will almost certainly fail.
